A proof of your wording and font choice will be emailed to you within 48 hours of receiving your wording and font choice. This is sent as an email attachment in PDF file format. One proof and three amendment proofs will be provided free of charge. Any additional proofs will be charged at $5.00 per set. Once approved, printing of your stationery will commence. Printing will not proceed until the proof has been 100% approved, and any outstanding funds have been received.
Candle and custom product payments are due upon placing your order. A deposit is required to secure the quoted price and products on all invite orders. The deposit varies on the size of the order.
Any errors are reprinted at the clients expense. It is the customers responsibility to check all copies are correct before printing. This also includes the price of postage if amended items need to be re posted.
Postage is additional on all orders if required. We are Queensland based, on the Gold Coast. Postage is available Australia wide, or we offer local pick up. All care is taken in the packing and posting of your items, however creations by Han will not be held responsible for any damaged or missing parcels. We ship using a courier, and in some circumstances Aust post.
Candles need to be handled with care. All care needs to be shown when handling these, especially if there is printing on the rear. Avoid storing your candles in direct sunlight and hot or humid area's. The information is not printed on a sticker. If it comes off, it can not be stuck back on. They can peel off in excessive heat, if you live in a hot or humid area, we do offer a candle paper wrap as an alternative option
